Cookbooks
For most of us when beginning the transition to plant based whole foods meal prep, no one cookbook will naturally fit your preferred tastes perfectly. It is important to have patience with the process of learning to prepare and then modify recipes to optimally suit your palate. Additionally, taste buds take up to three months to remodel and your preferred sensory taste centers in your brain can be remodeled with time. This means that if you are struggling with your initial foray into plant-based cooking, don’t give up. Persistence and personal modification can render great reward. It is also very important to recognize that modification should not include the addition of processed foods and that many plant-based or vegan resources will occasionally include processed elements. It is very important to avoid processed ingredients for the best weight loss results.
